What West Covina Homeowners Say About Keegan Restoration West Covina
Reviews tell you what a restoration company is actually like when water is spreading across a kitchen floor at 2 a.m. or smoke has worked its way into every closet in the house. We earn feedback the same way we earn trust: a live person answers the phone, a written price lands in your hands before any work starts, and if something fails within a year, we come back and fix it at no charge. That’s how the 365-Day Done Right Promise works, and it’s why the reviews below read the way they do.

“A supply line burst in the wall behind our downstairs bathroom and water traveled under the baseboards into the hallway. Keegan showed up within a couple hours of my call, mapped the moisture with meters, and pulled baseboard before it got worse. The whole job was documented with photos for my insurance carrier, which saved me a lot of back and forth.”

“We had a small kitchen fire from a grease flare-up and the smoke damage turned out to be the bigger problem. Keegan cleaned every cabinet face, sealed the framing, and ran air scrubbers until the smell was gone. The crew left the house cleaner than it was before the fire, which my wife still mentions.”

“Mold showed up behind a bathroom vanity after a slow leak we didn’t know we had. Shane’s team explained exactly what they’d remove, what they’d treat, and what it would cost before anything started. Three months later the area is dry, clean, and the warranty is in writing. That’s rare in this trade.”

“A water heater let go in the garage and soaked the drywall plus some stored boxes. Keegan extracted the standing water, set up Dri-Eaz and Phoenix drying equipment, and checked moisture readings daily. The written estimate matched the final invoice to the dollar. I’ve dealt with restoration companies before. That part stood out.”

“After a roof leak soaked our master bedroom ceiling, Keegan cut out the wet drywall, dried the cavity properly, and rebuilt it so you can’t tell anything happened. They handled the adjuster communication too, sending over their drying logs and photo documentation without me having to chase anyone.”

“We caught a musty smell in our rental property and found mold under the sink from a drainage leak. The technician was background-checked, wore a uniform, and walked me through the scope before touching anything. The remediation was done fast and the follow-up air sample came back clean. My tenants were back in the unit within the week.”

Why Customers Trust Us
Read through what West Covina homeowners say and the same things show up again and again. A live person answers the phone, day or night, because water doesn’t wait for business hours and neither do we. Every job starts with a written price, and that price doesn’t move at the door. Technicians are background-checked, uniformed, and dispatched under The Garrison Standard, which has governed our work since Keegan became part of the Garrison Partners family in 2005. The equipment on site is the same professional-grade gear restoration pros rely on: Dri-Eaz, Phoenix, XPOWER, B-Air, and Injectidry, operated to IICRC, RIA, and IFA standards. And every repair carries the 365-Day Done Right Promise in writing: if it fails within one year, we return and make it right at no charge. That’s the guarantee Shane Pruitt stands behind on every job.
